- Work with the Investment Team to create an online filing system and archive various types of electronic records systematically
- Have the ability to look at the process holistically while considering: searchability, organization, tagging, etc.
- Evaluate current digital organizational systems to help improve the structure and identify redundancies within the current framework
- Assist with ongoing legal review project with outside counsel
- Work with Tax department on document scanning project
- Interest in learning about various investments and investment strategies
- Willing to be flexible in scope and responsibility
- Ability to pitch in on other projects as necessary including investment reporting as needed
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and taking ownership on a variety of responsibilities
- Curious—open to learning new concepts
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small team environment and adapt to change
- The self-motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality
- Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration or Pre-Law
- Sound judgment and the confidence to elevate issues when necessary but also act independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- The position is in Atlanta, GA. Expectation is to be in-office; however, some remote work and flexibility may be considered. Cox Enterprises does not provide a housing allowance.

Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made.
