What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high levels of personal service to internal and external clients, assisting with inquiries daily
- Coordinate new client onboarding and ongoing maintenance for treasury management products
- Assist treasury management sales officers in developing deposit and treasury proposals
- Monitor monthly exception reports and coordinate renewal or removal of exceptions with sales officers
- Prepare and schedule account reviews for assigned merit level clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in banking services preferred
- High level of comfort and interest in working with bank core systems
- Strong client service awareness and eagerness to problem-solve directly with clients
- Well-developed customer and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including adherence to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering laws
