      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Formulate and implement individual and group interventions for reintegration planning and substance abuse treatment
      - Conduct evaluations using evidence-based evaluation rating tools, with the approval of the Clinical Supervisor
      - Implement case and treatment plans and deliver evidence-based substance abuse programming
      - Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance program completion for persons in our care
      - Assist with bed movement processes, including classification hearing reviews and parole planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a current AODA treatment certification from the state of Wisconsin (Substance Abuse Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, or Authorized to Treat for Substance Use Disorder specialty certification)
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
      - Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening as a condition of employment
      - Successful completion of criminal background checks prior to selection
      - Availability to work on-site during daytime hours, Monday to Friday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in substance abuse treatment or related fields
      - Familiarity with evidence-based practices in substance abuse programming
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
      - Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of corrections
