      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently assess and prioritize incoming cases, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly
      - Review referrals to identify potential high dollar concerns and case management needs
      - Create cases and perform accurate data entry in the software systems
      - Provide administrative support to assigned nurses and monitor high dollar cases
      - Maintain complete and detailed documentation of case information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in customer service and/or a medical background
      - Familiarity with insurance and/or claims processes
      - Experience in a medical front office or hospital patient intake, medical claims processing, or a related field
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of a medical terminology course
      - Associate degree in business, management, or a related field
      - Knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Ability to make cold calls
