What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Practice in both state and federal courts in Colorado
- Try cases to juries in a first chair role
- Draft all necessary pleadings, papers, and briefs to advance litigation
- Conduct necessary legal research to support drafting activities
- Conduct discovery and motion practice

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Litigation experience required
- Solid knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and Colorado Rules of Professional Responsibility
- Ability to travel throughout Colorado
- Admission and good standing with the Colorado State Bar required
- Juris Doctor from ABA Accredited law school

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience preparing civil pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for Colorado and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals within a year of hiring
