What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and technical assistance to Tribal Child Care and Development Fund programs, focused on fiscal management and internal controls
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and webinars for various stakeholders
- Respond to information requests from Tribal Lead Agency CCDF Administrators and other interested parties
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate training events and assist with logistics
- Analyze programmatic data and status reports to support client priorities and identify areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public policy, public administration, or management
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, public policy, or management, particularly with diverse populations
- 5+ years of experience with Tribal CCDF regulations and applicable laws
- 5+ years of experience providing training and technical assistance in early care and education
- 2+ years of experience related to fiscal management and internal controls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in early childhood education, public policy, public administration, or management
- Experience working with federally recognized Tribes and Tribal Nations
- Leadership experience within a CCDF/Head Start Program
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and virtual event tools
