      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver a menu of technical assistance offerings related to fiscal management, program integrity, and accountability
      - Support the development of training materials and execute targeted training events for Tribal Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) programs
      - Maintain communication with the Tribal Center team to ensure training events meet participant needs
      - Respond to information requests from Tribal CCDF administrators and develop tailored approaches for assistance
      - Track and report all technical assistance provided according to established project protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public policy, public administration, or management
      - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in early childhood education, public policy, or management with diverse cultural backgrounds
      - 5+ years of experience with Tribal CCDF regulations and applicable laws
      - 5+ years of experience providing training and technical assistance in early care and education
      - 2+ years of experience developing training and resources for Tribal communities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within Federally recognized Tribes and Tribal Nations
      - Leadership experience in a CCDF/Head Start Program
      - Experience serving as a Tribal CCDF Administrator or Co-Administrator
      - Experience providing training at state, regional, or national conferences
      - Proficient in MS Office Applications and E-learning tools
