      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business development and secure revenue growth through effective sales strategies
      - Manage and lead a team of 1-4 Sales Representatives, setting performance expectations and monitoring metrics
      - Conduct weekly check-ins with team members to review performance and provide coaching
      - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and meetings
      - Ensure accurate tracking and management of sales pipelines and accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in sales management or related experience
      - Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
      - Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and exceed revenue targets
      - Experience selling premium-priced products and effectively articulating service benefits
      - Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and executing creative sales strategies
      - Familiarity with premium price product differentiation
      - Previous experience in a field sales environment
      - Strong emotional intelligence for building relationships
      - Ability to handle rejection while remaining self-motivated
