      salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per year
      shift: First
      work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
      education: Bachelors

      Responsibilities

      • Coordinate all aspects of the firm's trust accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance withrelevant regulations.
      • Produce timely and precise trust accounting records and keep detailed documentation ofclient funds.
      • Monitor the law firm's banking relationships related to trust accounts.
      • Handle daily trust accounting processes, including printing checks, initiating/approving wiretransfers, and recording .
      • Review and approve Positive Pay on the firm’s bank accounts.
      • Collaborate with colleagues to establish and uphold internal controls for trust
      accounting.

      • Assist with other accounting department and administrative duties, as assigned by
      supervisor.




      Skills
    • Legal (1 year of experience is preferred)
    • Trust & Securities Accounting (2 years of experience is required)
    • Microsoft Office
