What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train and ensure operational excellence at all assigned Office Depot TSA locations
- Develop training courses and materials for TSA cleared associates
- Maintain accurate records of completed associate training and documentation
- Create and provide status reports to leadership
- Stay informed and maintain knowledge of current industry trends and TSA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Help Desk management or related field
- DHS Public Trust clearance
- Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Suite
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the tech field
- Ability to explain technical material to less technically proficient users
