Job Purpose:

In the position as Group Manager you will lead a group of Service Engineers working offshore & onshore both national and international. We are looking for an engaged and motivated team member to join our TSP Services department at Ågotnes.

Job Description:

• Personnel responsibility for a dedicated group of Service Engineers
• Coordinate & plan work- and travel schedules, training and similar for the employees
• Collaborate and align with project teams, other departments, regions and partners
• Contribute to improvement projects and drive change

You are meant for this job if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with planning and coordinate personnel offshore
• Strong ability to engage and lead others
• Solid ability to build good relationships with employees working remotely
• Good communication skills (Norwegian and English)
• A drive for obtaining results together with your team
