What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create dynamic study plans using assessments for students classified as "neurodivergent"
- Conduct tutoring sessions that last 60-90 minutes in various settings including online, local schools, or learning centers
- Utilize assessments provided while integrating supplemental materials as needed
- Maintain a minimum availability of 6-12 hours per week
- Collaborate with students to enhance their executive functioning and study skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- An earned Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Demonstrable experience with executive functioning (EF) based learning, special education (SPED), or autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Grades 9-12 Math, ELA, Grades 1-8 General Education, or certified Reading programs
- More than 3 years of experience as a teacher or tutor
- Availability of 6-12 hours per week

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working specifically with neurodivergent students
- Familiarity with various tutoring techniques and educational assessments
- Strong academic background in relevant subjects
- Previous experience in educational therapy or specialized tutoring roles
