What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate unmanned aircraft systems in compliance with safety protocols and checklists
- Conduct preflight planning, including mission briefings and airspace requirements
- Evaluate customer mission requirements and determine operational needs
- Collect and analyze data from flights and complete post-mission reports/logs
- Collaborate with team members and customers to plan and execute UAS missions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of prior experience operating and/or maintaining UAS platforms
- Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to deploy to remote environments for 4-to-6-month assignments and travel up to 70% of the year
- Ability to pass customer-mandated medical, dental, and psychological pre-deployment screenings
- An active secret clearance or the ability to secure and maintain a DoD Clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with maritime deployments and Integrator or RQ21 platforms
- Experience delivering system training and knowledge of instructional skills
- Current qualifications on ScanEagle or Integrator platforms
- Prior military experience or experience working with military customers
- Basic networking skills
