      The internship program is scheduled to take place from May to August.

      This position offers a base hourly range of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.


      OVERVIEW

      Assist in maintaining, optimizing, and deploying endpoint software to our corporate and store environments, and decommissioning some of our virtual desktop environments. This role will provide hands-on experience in endpoint management, inventory control, and remote assistance while working with IT professionals in a dynamic environment.


      RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

      • Provide remote assistance to end users.
      • Assist in maintaining, upgrading, and removing Endpoint software(s)
      • Assist in the decommissioning of the Virtual Desktop Environment.
      • Conduct inventory audits of devices and analyze use cases.
      • Help assess and determine applications for integration into our Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environment.


      QUALIFICATIONS

      REQUIREMENTS:

      Education
      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field required.


      Experience
      • No experience required.
      • General computer/software knowledge preferred.

      • N/A
