What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Successfully obtain health & life licensing within your resident state within the first 30 days of the Co-op
- Pass necessary certifications for ACA and Medicare products within the first 90 days
- Handle leads from dedicated and multi-carrier sources, offering compliant health insurance products
- Conduct follow-up calls with consumers to assist in closing sales
- Engage in chats with prospective customers according to established training and guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university during the duration of the Co-op
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the full hours of operation
- Commitment to work in a PHI compliant environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pursuing a degree in Sales, Business, Communication, Healthcare, or Insurance
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn about the healthcare system and insurance
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
