      As part of the UiPath KBR team, you will be supporting the Automation of Business Processes across the Santander Landscape:

      • Supporting UiPath with technical knowledge and processes
      • Collaborating across technical and business teams, you will deliver services aligned to the Bank’s business.
      • Working with wider team members to identify, mitigate and resolve project issues and risks to enable project delivery and seamless integration of newly developed automations to BAU support.
      • Identifying any potential issues proactively on the UiPath BAU processes and on databases which could be a threat to the stability of the platform and RPAs, collaborating with developers and other teams, and ensuring a fix is deployed to Production to avoid any potential downtime.
      • Working on incidents, Jira tickets and collaborating with Business to solve any issues being faced by the end-users.
      • Collaborating with Testing Specialists to ensure seamless manual and automated testing of fixes and changes.
      • Ensuring adherence to the Software Development Lifecycle, UiPath Coding standards and Santander IT governance are followed throughout UiPath delivery.
      • Participating in UiPath's Community of Practice across the organisation.

      What you will bring.

      • Good knowledge of UiPath Platform & development in UiPath technology within a commercial setting.
      • Good understanding of technical design.
      • Good experience in Production support
      • Good time management skills
      • Strong problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
      • Strong understanding of source code management through GIT.
      • Strong communication skills to facilitate working meetings, generate documentation, communicate complex concepts, and manage stakeholder expectations.

      It would also be nice for you to have.

      • Experience in Service Now, Incident and Change Management.
      • Experience in Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA).
      • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
      • UiPath Certification
      • Understanding of databases such as SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
