- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
- Benefit administration experience (specifically leaves of absence)
- 2-3 years preferred and Experience in, or desire to grow within, human resources
- 2-3 years required and Experience with UKG or Kronos Time and Attendance application preferred
- - Strong knowledge of payroll principles, best practices and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance.
- - Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- - Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure.
- - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- - Ability to troubleshoot problems within scope of position and to escalate when needed.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for daily time reporting and reconciliation for one or more institutions in the healthcare system.
Essential Functions
-Inputting or updating time records.
-Processing historical time adjustments.
-Supporting HR Leadership on how the system configuration aligns with their pay policy.
-Corresponding with managers requesting time exception adjustments and processing.
-Track all issues and requests in the HR Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
