      Job Summary

      This position is responsible for daily time reporting and reconciliation for one or more institutions in the healthcare system.

      Essential Functions
      -Inputting or updating time records.

      -Processing historical time adjustments.

      -Supporting HR Leadership on how the system configuration aligns with their pay policy.

      -Corresponding with managers requesting time exception adjustments and processing.

      -Track all issues and requests in the HR Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.


      Qualifications

      Education

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
      • Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred




      Experience

      • Benefit administration experience (specifically leaves of absence)
      • 2-3 years preferred and Experience in, or desire to grow within, human resources
      • 2-3 years required and Experience with UKG or Kronos Time and Attendance application preferred


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • - Strong knowledge of payroll principles, best practices and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance.
      • - Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
      • - Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure.
      • - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
      • - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
      • - Ability to troubleshoot problems within scope of position and to escalate when needed.
