      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify clients' mental health, intellectual disability, and substance abuse benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
      - Implement tracking systems for recertification of services for various behavioral health professionals
      - Complete insurance forms, verify coverage, and secure relevant client information
      - Resolve inquiries from clients, doctors' offices, and third-party payers
      - Perform administrative functions to expedite the billing process and resolve billing issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of up to 18 months of additional business education beyond high school
      - Minimum of two to three years of related administrative experience in an insurance or managed care setting
      - Basic knowledge of managed care and reimbursement concepts
      - Proficient in medical terminology, CPT, HCPC, and revenue codes
      - Typing speed of 45 - 55 words per minute

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent observation skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Basic computer skills and experience with billing software
