      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and investigate unclaimed property claims, advising management on determinations and outcomes
      - Research applicable state laws and regulations regarding unclaimed property
      - Communicate with claimants and property holders about ownership determinations in a professional manner
      - Conduct interviews and investigations to gather information for claim determinations
      - Participate in continuous improvement efforts and engage in team effectiveness activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year experience with unclaimed property and/or claims/audit-related work
      - Basic knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations regarding unclaimed property
      - Effective verbal, written, and active listening skills
      - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a confidential manner
      - Proficient in the use of PC, MS Office Applications, and Google Suite applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
      - Knowledge of investigative and research techniques
      - Experience with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN concepts
