What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and assistance to Underwriters, Underwriting Managers, and Division Managers
- Prepare and process policies and endorsements in accordance with Underwriters' instructions
- Review new and renewal submissions to ensure they meet underwriting criteria and are complete
- Follow up for responses to quotes for both new and renewal business
- Research and maintain reference materials as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations preferred
- High degree of personal initiative and self-motivation
