What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with retail agents to gather information and documents using tasks and reminders
- Handle inspection ordering, reviews, and discrepancies
- Process cancellation and reinstatement notices
- Manage pre-audit correspondence, including closed event audits and premium-bearing audits
- Assist with claims reporting and confirmations, and process all endorsements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Insurance background and experience preferred, with an emphasis on Commercial P&C and GL
- Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in underwriting or as an underwriting assistant
- Familiarity with policy operating systems and insurance documentation processes
