- Campus Management and Recruitment:
- Lead campus recruitment strategy at target universities and through online services such as Handshake
- Work with Early Careers team and internal stakeholders in the design, coordination, and execution of the early career recruiting strategy
- Review and screen employment applications for specific intern and full time positions.
- Manage pre-employment onboarding of all early career candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, including career services, faculty, and student organizations
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events, and other campus recruitment activities
- Regularly track, evaluate, and report program metrics to leadership and client stakeholders
- Perform other various responsibilities related to campus recruiting
- Program Management:
- Consult with greater team to assist in planning Enterprise internship program
- Provide manager training to ensure capabilities exist to provide great internship experience
- Assist with internship even planning, such as speaking series, social events, wellness events, and others.
- Partner with key business unit stakeholders to ensure programs align to business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Willing to travel up to 25%
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful campus recruitment strategies
- Previous experience managing internship programs in a heavily matrixed organization
- Experience with recruitment systems such as Handshake and LinkedIn
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
LPL's Early Career team is seeking a dedicated recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent from leading universities. This role involves managing campus relationship, performing all recruitment duties, planning and executing events, assisting with our 10 week internship program, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Pay Range:
$62,800.00 - $104,600.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
