What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain partnerships with dental schools, faculty, and student organizations to attract top talent
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies through career fairs, networking events, and digital platforms
- Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring coordination
- Promote and manage internship or residency programs to create a talent pipeline for future positions
- Track recruitment metrics to refine strategies and report on outreach and hiring success rates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or the dental industry
- Strong network within dental schools or student organizations is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ICIMS or similar)
