What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into the appropriate case files
- Process Utilization Review referrals with dedicated deadlines and send reviews to Healthcare Professionals
- Collect, index, and upload medical files to the web-based Utilization Review case management application
- Handle heavy data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers professionally, ensuring a pleasant interaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer programs/functions, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet
- Basic understanding of medical terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
- Familiarity with Utilization Review processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience handling confidential information in compliance with HIPAA
