      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and conduct sales presentations on Urology product lines to various decision-makers, including Infection Prevention and C-Suite personnel
      - Expand sales of products by calling on healthcare facilities within the assigned territory
      - Lead customer product evaluations and implementations
      - Assist Medline sales representatives with inquiries via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings
      - Maintain existing business while presenting new products to foster growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience or at least 5 years of similar experience
      - Minimum 2 years related sales experience within the medical supplies industry
      - Up to 30% overnight travel required within assigned territory
      - Strong presentation skills and effective communication abilities
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)

      - Experience in cold calling and full-cycle sales
      - Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and follow-up skills
      - Ability to drive a car and interact with healthcare providers on site
