- Collect and analyze research and data to develop insights for content development or as performance indicators
- Provide support for onsite or local Bayer-sponsored events as needed
- Support development of new tools and approaches or improvements to existing
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program
- Studying Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills that display innovative and creative thinking and attention to detail (writing sample required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, manage competing deadlines, and be proactive
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
US Comm Intern
The Bayer U.S. Corporate Communications team enables growth and drives reputation with communications in support of business goals, including brand and corporate communications, media relations and employee engagement. We collaborate and partner with our three divisions and across Bayer U.S. to share stories across channels (PESO) about how Bayer is working to achieve its Vision of Health for all, Hunger for none.
This position provides communications research, writing, project and event support for the U.S. Communications team. The intern may focus on one of our divisions (crop science, consumer health, pharmaceuticals) and / or one of our cross-division teams (e.g., media, editorial). The individual will be an active participant in and contributor to the work of the team and have ownership of specific deliverables.
