We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team as Manager, US Electrical Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of electrical systems and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

Ӣ Estimation of work.
Ӣ Scope Development for Electrical Subcontractors.
Ӣ Selection of Electrical Equipment and Systems.
Ӣ Creation of Electrical and Control Drawings.
Ӣ Establishment of Engineering Standards for Electrical Drawings and Specifications.
Ӣ Review construction plans, evaluate material costs, and determine contractor and labor requirements.
Ӣ Calculate job profitability, prepare and submit bids, and maintain cost databases.
Ӣ Engage with contractors and customers through verbal and written communication.
Ӣ Generate electrical product documentation and records.
Ӣ Inspect electrical components during and post product installation.
Ӣ Deliver presentations to clients and coworkers.
Ӣ Attend company meetings and trade shows.
Ӣ Collaborate with the executive team to devise a two-year and five-year strategic plan to grow a self-performing electrical division in the US.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Ӣ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Ӣ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Ӣ Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
Ӣ Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
Ӣ Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards
Ӣ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ӣ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ӣ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ӣ Experience with project management and cost estimation
Ӣ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
