      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and engage with labels, distributors, and creators to build relationships and grow the employer's customer base
      - Understand client challenges and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the employer's value
      - Lead negotiations, manage the sales process, and meet or exceed sales targets
      - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and share market insights
      - Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, document activities, and report on key metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or the music/entertainment industry
      - Strong knowledge of the independent music business, especially working with labels, distributors, and creators
      - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Google Workspace
      - Self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with independent music labels and distributors
      - Familiarity with music rights management and royalty processes
      - Previous experience in a consultative sales role
      - Knowledge of current trends in the music industry
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
