      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and conduct user research activities, translating findings into actionable customer insights
      - Contribute to the product development process by identifying customer needs and gathering feedback
      - Facilitate design thinking workshops and activities, including persona development and journey-mapping
      - Create clear research roadmaps for software product development teams
      - Communicate clear and concise research findings that focus on actionable insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of related UX Research experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
      - Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies and customer research interviews
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research tools, such as Qualtrics and UserZoom
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
      - Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Advanced skills in organizational, analytical, and critical thinking
