      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in a contact center or customer service role with high call volume
      - Proven ability to handle 100+ calls per day while staying composed
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., dealership, technician roles)
      - Proficient knowledge of in-vehicle technology such as Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto, and Bluetooth
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      - Self-motivation and independence in a remote work environment
