What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead sales activities within the defined territory for the employer's Nano Surfaces Division
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve sales objectives
- Maintain and grow relationships with academic and industrial customers
- Coordinate with product marketing for the development of sales strategies and product introductions
- Provide timely information on competitive activities within the region and marketplace
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in the pure or applied sciences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with internal and external customers
- Experience with Atomic Force Microscopes, Nanomechanical, and/or Spectroscopy test equipment preferred
- Highly organized with solid time management and strong multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
