What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and enable VARs, SIs, and distributors to expand market reach and develop joint business plans
- Engage with enterprise customers as a trusted advisor, aligning technical solutions with their business needs
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales efforts
- Deliver training and resources to empower partners for success
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development within HPC or networking solutions
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Proven track record of partner recruitment and enablement leading to measurable revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a sales engineer or solution architect in the HPC or networking industry
- Existing relationships with SIs, VARs, and distributors in the AI/HPC or data center networking industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology; MBA preferred
