- Strategic Planning: Develop strategic operational and process plans aligned with the overall objectives of the fashion department
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion department, including supply chain management, inventory control, sales operations, and customer service
- Process Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor effective process strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate operational and process performance using key metrics, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, marketing teams, and senior management
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and review the operational budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and the achievement of financial objectives
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations and processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Fashion, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the fashion industry
- Exceptional knowledge of operational management and process strategy
- Proficient in using operational management software and tools
- Understanding of the fashion industry and market trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

About the Role/Team
The Director of Operations and Process Strategy of Fashion is a key role that not only oversees the operations of the fashion department but also designs and implements effective process strategies to increase efficiency and performance.
This position reports to the VP, Store Operations Strategy and Suppor.This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
