Guiding agency partners from creative brief to final execution, pushing for work that elevates our brand in the social landscape
Developing innovative approaches to content that help us compete beyond our share of voice, maximizing impact through creativity
Overseeing the strategy and creative execution of our most important social media campaigns—challenging world-class agencies to deliver their best work
Supporting a content measurement framework that demonstrates social's impact on consideration and purchase intent
Partnering with the Director to evolve our social strategy as platforms and member behavior change
Creating a cohesive approach across paid and organic social that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness
Mentoring team members to develop future social media leaders within the organization
7+ years of experience in social media strategy, content development, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven success developing content strategies that drive both brand metrics and business results
Experience leading community management teams and establishing best practices for engagement
Strong portfolio of social-first campaigns that demonstrate creative thinking and platform expertise
Deep understanding of how paid and organic social work together to create holistic customer journeys
Experience translating brand strategies into platform-specific content approaches
Track record of successful agency management and the ability to provide clear creative direction
Excellent analytical skills with experience connecting social metrics to broader business outcomes
History of mentoring and developing team members into high performers

In this role you will help lead social for the 8th largest retailer in the US, orchestrating how millions of devoted members experience our brand online. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
