Job Description

- Leverage knowledge of the used equipment market, including trends, values & opportunities, work to create unique solutions designed to meet customers needs and grow used business.
- Develop value-added solutions, including establishing and maintaining service standards and unique value propositions.
- Maintain portfolio of used inventory selection and consignment
- Maintain standards at each retail location including yard & window display, visible pricing.
- Provide input into valuations for trade-in’s and on prospective acquisitions of used equipment.
- Establish the disposition strategy, including asset financial performance at time of valuation.
- Develop and maintain complete remarketing package on each asset including up to date photos, inspections, information brochures & listings at each location.
- Strong understanding of each of our customers, including their fleet replenishment strategies to identify opportunities to offer additional value though assistance with disposal, increased product offerings of used or rebuilds.
- Identify and develop key sources for used equipment i n partnership with sales representatives, develop key contacts with customers to consult on equipment needs and disposal opportunities.
- Knowledge of used equipment market, customer wants/needs, product valuation.

- Used equipment revenue: Accountable to grow the used business in alignment with the annual business plan circa £5m - £10m per annum in revenue turnover.
- Used Equipment profitability: Accountable for industry awareness and the impact this has on Used in inventory held with processes.
- Adhering to the stocking strategy and ensuring the appropriate mix of assets are displayed and ready for work at each retail location.

This position is responsible for used equipment sales growth opportunities in a designated region from acquisition of assets, go to market strategies and pricing and valuation retail of assets. Working alongside the Regional Sales Team you will be responsible for designing and implementing regional growth strategies to grow the Used Equipment sales and revenue within your designated territory.
