      As a UX Designer, you will be working in a new team responsible for a brand-new initiative around Machine Learning Assets to discover and re-use at scale. These capabilities are critical to the new enterprise-scale ML platform at JPMC. The mission of our team is to facilitate the discovery, experimentation, implementation, and sharing of machine learning models, frameworks, blue prints and datasets across the enterprise.

      You will be working in a very collaborative environment, with our highly skilled system architects, SW/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers and colleagues across all our lines of business and functions. You will be working on a brand new and highly visible initiative around AI/ML model exploration, development, and deployment. This team is responsible for delivering a great user experience for data scientists, ML engineers and business analysts as they build and deploy models.       Job Responsibilities

      • Design visually compelling web interfaces, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography for the Infinite AI platform
      • Lead junior designers on best practices, guide and enforce design standards and provide mentorship
      • Engage with our user community to perform research, such as user testing, to gather feedback and “playback” findings to enhance and grow our user engagement strategy and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs.
      • Utilize Figma to create and maintain design systems, components, and style guides, ensuring consistency across the platform
      • Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders, clearly communicating the rationale behind design decisions in order to guide the broader team to implement UX design best practices and concepts
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists, to translate product requirements and user insights into intuitive and engaging designs
      • Stay current with design trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance the look and feel of the Infinite AI platform; while ensuring that designs adhere to accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience for all

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

      • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
      • 7+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong focus on web design
      • Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
      • Demonstrable experience creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web applications or platforms
      • A strong portfolio showcasing your web design work, including examples of design systems and responsive designs
      • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
      • Pragmatic understanding of the core business model and value proposition for AI/ML models
      • Able to show how their understanding of technical constraints and opportunities informed design solutions
