What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review live site recordings of user sessions to identify friction in patient experiences
- Analyze user testing data to answer questions and identify patterns
- Set up basic a/b tests for review and approval
- Support in creating presentations and findings for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with UX Researcher on research needs and recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or related field
- Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
- Interest in design, web development, or healthcare fields
- Ability to build professional relationships and work autonomously
- Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or interest in design, web development, or coding
- Interest in the healthcare or health insurance fields
