What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and implement a comprehensive UX research strategy to inform enterprise application design

- Strong experience with analytical methods and tools such as Google Analytics and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with enterprise software design and experience in B2B environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- Experience with accessibility research and meeting accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience within agile teams
- Experience working on projects in industries such as finance, healthcare, or supply chain
- Knowledge of advanced research tools such as eye-tracking and remote usability testing
