What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting and/or utility working experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous learning
- Proficiency with PSS/E, PSCAD, and/or CYME
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical skills in advanced SQL, Python, R, or Javascript
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Knowledge of developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in the cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with digital asset product development and design thinking
- Understanding of electrical utility operational and information systems (OMS, EMS, SCADA, etc.)
