As a Utility Operator you’ll be preparing Cheez-It, the #! Cracker at our facility. You will also collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives as you share in our values and culture. To be successful in the role, you could certainly use great communication skills and attention to detail. With you can-do, go-getter, team player work ethic we are positive you will fit right in!

As a Utility Operator, you will be starting at $24.14 an hours and further rate increase after 6 months! Eligibility to receive full benefits begin after 30 days. Our benefits include medical, dental and matching 401 (k).

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Packing With Care – Prepare finished products in accordance with prescribed packing procedures. You’ll take particular care in high-quality packing of finished goods
• Operating Machinery – You’ll work with computer controlled equipment or mechanically based machines. You will clean and prepare machines for production. Along with assembling and disassembling equipment
• Managing Machine Performance – Ensure machines are stocked and running at full capacity
• Following Best Practices – Adhere to good manufacturing practices sa you prepare equipment for production. You’ll use all the right safety practices as you support our efforts to create great snacks for our customers

Your Recipe for Success

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift as well as overtime, weekends and holidays
• Effective communication skills, detail oriented and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting or related position
