What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review various files to research account numbers rejected in data entry
- Utilize excel spreadsheets to load new accounts into Tandem
- Prioritize and verify accuracy of work and return work to designated departments
- Coordinate additions and/or changes to the utility vendor file
- Maintain good communication flow between employees, leads, and supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Working knowledge and understanding of utility processing procedures
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior keyboard experience or specialized training
