      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work directly with families, clinical teams, internal staff, and funding sources to secure and maintain funding for services for clients
      - Submit clinical reports and required documentation to funding sources for the commencement and continuation of client services
      - Perform periodic and pre-service insurance verifications to confirm ongoing eligibility for services
      - Explain benefits and cost-sharing information to clients, including deductibles and copayments
      - Utilize Central Reach for data entry of client authorizations and manage expiring authorizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of utilization management experience
      - Behavioral healthcare experience required; ABA experience is a plus
      - Strong communication and customer/client relationship skills
      - Ability to multitask and maintain thoroughness in a fast-paced environment
