- Evaluates medical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates findings clearly and concisely through written reports and verbal discussions.
- Stays up-to-date on industry regulations, medical advancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of reviews.

The ideal candidate performs utilization review performing precertification review for New Jersey auto accident PIP medical treatment referrals in our fast-paced, supportive environment while working remotely. Nurses will use critical thinking and solid clinical judgment to ensure appropriate, medically necessary treatment is authorized. Nurses will also escalate treatment requests for Peer Advisor review or Independent Medical Exam (IME) when appropriate, based on insurer DPR plans, Care Paths and clinical judgment. Clear Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $52,700 - $76,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
