      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in collecting research data, including animal weights and feed intakes for various livestock

      - Maintain detailed records and manage research data
      - Participate in hands-on experiences with calves, beef cattle, sheep, and swine
      - Rotate responsibilities through different facilities to broaden practical knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be enrolled at UW-Madison in the College of Agriculture
      - Ability to be trained and understand multispecies medical needs, including neonatal care
      - Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts
      - Capacity to respond quickly to animal actions to ensure safety during handling
      - Strong interest in animal agriculture and research

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience or coursework related to animal science or livestock management
      - Familiarity with research data collection methods
      - Interest in animal nutrition, health care, or genetics
