What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with communications focused on student-athletes, fans, media, coaches, staff, alumni, and recruits
- Manage sport social media accounts and create engaging content
- Write event previews, recaps, bios, news releases, and feature stories
- Maintain UWBadgers.com and archive photos
- Interact with various stakeholders, potentially including travel for events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current college student or enrolled for the Fall 2025 semester
- Strong interest in and knowledge about sports
- Proficiency in writing and social media engagement
- Attention to detail and reliability are essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere is helpful

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in photography and videography
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous involvement in sports-related activities or organizations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends for events
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse groups
