What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document business needs within the Underwriting organization
- Assist in the design of technology solutions based on business requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for production issues and potential defects
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure systems meet business needs
- Draft and communicate monthly release notes to the branch

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable work experience
- At least 5 years of Commercial Multi-Peril and/or BOP underwriting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
