Review the licensing process (including sitting for the exam) and evaluate all user experiences and pain points.
Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement around presentation, communication, effectiveness of courses and pace of activity.
Participate in marketing and management meetings to review and improve overall New Rep experience.
Actively working towards a college degree in marketing, social media or UX analytics.
