What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant writing experience for digital audiences
- Experience in technical writing, UX writing, and content strategy for complex applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive UX writing samples
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience in health insurance, healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a plus
