What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, edit, and refine UX copy, including interface text, error messages, and microcopy
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style guidelines, and accessibility standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX writing, content writing, or technical writing for digital products
- Strong ability to simplify complex information for broad audiences
- Experience writing for digital interfaces to ensure clarity and usability
- Familiarity with content design tools and content management systems
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on government, civic tech, or public service projects
- Background in working with design systems and structured content frameworks
- Experience writing technical guides and training documents for large-scale systems
- Knowledge of VA systems and processes, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience collaborating with designers and product teams in an Agile environment
