The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $21-$28 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

· Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

· Support the design team in creating high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs in Figma.

· Participate in the analysis of user feedback and analytics to improve product design and functionality.

· Help document and communicate research findings and design decisions to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive user experience.

· Engage in design critiques and workshops to enhance your design skills and knowledge.

What We are Looking For:

· Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

· Familiarity with UX design tools, especially Figma.

· Basic understanding of user research methodologies.

· Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.

· Effective communicator, capable of presenting ideas and designs clearly.

· Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

· Previous design project or internship experience is a plus.
